Clean and Simple Holiday Day Five

It's time to emboss! I used one of Gina K's examples for my inspiration.

I embossed the edges of my "frame" with gold embossing powder to match the gold inside the snowflake.

Clean and Simple Holiday, Day 3

Oh, my. Today's lesson at Clean and Simple Holiday is coloring. I'm a poor colorist. I chose the easiest way out for this homework assignment and used Kristina's watercolor card for inspiration.

Clean and Simple Holiday, Day Two

Today's class at Clean and Simple Holiday was about die cutting. I used an example from Cathy Zielske for my card. Cathy is relatively new to card making but not to graphic design. I love her clean and simple cards.

Clean and Simple Holiday, Day 1

Here's my first card for Online Card Classes newest class, Clean and Simple Holiday.

I used Laurie's class example as my inspiration. Her blog, Soapbox Creations, is full of clean and simple goodness!

I used 3/4 inch strips of masking paper to prep the card base for inking.
