Stash - silver card stock

Challenge 9

Operation Write Home is sponsoring a Virtual Card Making Party this holiday weekend.

Challenge 9: Make a masculine card using a vintage image.

HA! I don’t do vintage.

TA-DA!

I have no idea why I bought this stamp set, but I’m glad I had it on hand for this challenge. This is the first time it’s been inked! I’m a “clean and simple” card maker. Vintage is not my wheelhouse.

Stampers Anonymous - Vintage Things Blueprint
Stampin’ Up - card stock
Copics and some paper I got at a Copic class
Idea-ology - patterned paper
Ranger - distress inks

Challenge 8

Challenge 8: Make a “Miss You” card using at least one circle and at least two banners.

I used my Silhouette to cut the card fronts. That’s an easy way to get the circle in the middle!

Challenge 7: Things with wings.

I reworked a card I did last week. I wanted to add some green and use the Memory Box butterfly die.

Challenge 6: Make 2 winter cards, one in Christmas colors and another that can be used anytime during the season.

My winter/Christmas supplies are stored away. Will dig them out later this weekend.

Challenge 5

Challenge 5: Make a card with a colorful background using ink, paint, or scraps.

I saw this background technique on Kristina Werner’s blog. She used ink for the stripes, and I used paper strips.

Stampin’ Up - card stock
Neenah - white card stock

Challenge 4
