Sketch Challenge #30

Here's the sketch on the OWH Stars and Stamps Blog:

I'm a little disappointed with the picture of my card. I can't get the colors right!! I didn't use a flash! Promise! I have a witness!

Anyway, I made another pumpkin card. This time I used a darker orange Bazzill paper for the pumpkin. The patterned background and horizontal strip are from a pack of paper I bought last year, Autumn Splendor by Making Memories. The brad is from last year's Target $1 bin. The stamped sentiment reads, "happy harvest," and it's a Hampton Art clear stamp set, Autumn is in the Air.

If I can remember, and if the sun is out tomorrow, I'll take the card outside for a photo shoot!

  3. Hi Dixie - Thanks again for the kind comments on my cards.

I always use the sketch an inspiration and often don't use the exact same sizes for the my cuts or placement of my images.

I love have a sketch as an idea, but I admit that my measurements are often not exactly the same! Sometimes my images are too big, so I adapt the sizes, as needed!!

    Hugs and thanks!!
