This is my first try at using watercolor paper on a card. I really like the way this looks, but I couldn't get a good picture of it. I'll be using this technique again. Maybe I'll kick it up a notch rather than use this safe, easy example.
Hero Arts "Find Joy"
Ranger Distress inks: Broken China, Seedless Preserves, Shabby Shutters
Ranger Perfect Pearls
Strathmore watercolor paper
SU- card stock
I like it, good job!
ReplyDeleteVery nice, I love it.

Hmmm, can I say "I <3 this" to Dixie?? I do <3 it!
ReplyDeleteYour card looks great, Dixie! I can't wait to try this, too, but I didn't have time to go look for those foam pads today! Love the ink colors you chose!
ReplyDeleteThe colors are great together. Nicely done! You're out of control! ;-)
ReplyDelete"Seedless Preserves?" I haven't seen that Distress Ink color before. Is it a limited edition?
ReplyDeleteOoh, so pretty! And I have all those materials -- gotta try this myself!
ReplyDeleteKirsten, Seedless Preserves was indeed one of the Fall Limited Edition inks. You might still find some available online or in your LSS.
Love the effect on this card.
