Clean & Simple Blog Skip

Welcome to my post for Operation Write Home's Clean & Simple blog skip! If you've arrived here from Jennifer's blog you're on the right track. The skip starts on the Stars and Stamps Blog where all participants are listed.

This is a class reunion! We all took the Clean and Simple Online Card Class taught by Jennifer McGuire, Kristina Werner, and Julie Ebersole. They are all terrific teachers, and their blogs are always an inspiration to me. I bet they'll be posting soon about the next Online Card Class opportunity. Sign me up!

Here's my clean and simple card.

A common misconception about CAS cards is that they are quick and easy. CAS cards require thoughtful, deliberate designs. For me, the trick is finding the right balance for the elements on a card, especially cards with a lot of "white space." Case in point, this is my 4th attempt at this design.

The next stop is Beth at Bunny Scrap.

If there are broken links on the skip, please return to the
Stars & Stamps Blog to get back on track.
