We learned lots of new ways to use alcohol inks in day 4 of class. I kept it simple. Canning rings + rust alcohol ink + cinnamon stick + burlap ribbon = pumpkin.
- Color 20 rings with alcohol ink. (Paint works for this, or just leave them as is.)
- String the rings (all facing the same direction) on an orange ribbon. (Twine will work too.)
- Tie the ribbon as tightly as possible, forming the circle.
- Adjust rings as needed.
- Stick a cinnamon stick in the center.
- Fashion a “leaf” from burlap ribbon.
This is beautiful!
