I broke down and bought a MISTI. This tool has the potential to be my best crafty investment ever. I used it to stamp the layers on this lotus blossom. The process was easy and quick, and I made 6 of these!
For the blossom, I used SSS's lavender, hydrangea, and blue-violet inks. The stem is green apple and olive.

Ha! I knew you'd cave. The card is beautiful. The MISTI does make it easier to do stuff like that. I haven't had much chance to use mine yet, but the few times I have it made me glad I bought it.
