Christmas Card

It's Christmas Eve, and my cards have hopefully reached their destinations.

Merry Christmas!

I made 90 of these. It's a simple card, but there was lots of drying time required between steps.

Actually, I had 2 card designs, but they were very similar. The paper snowflakes were different on the other design. That meant I only had to run snowflakes through the die cut machine 45 times. I'm glad I had lots of snowflake dies.

I clumped all the snowflake stamps on the MISTI, and stamped them with pigment ink.

The sentiment was stamped with black pigment ink and embossed with clear powder.

I used Stickles to cover the holes in the sequins and to add a little sparkle between the snowflakes.

Here's a look at the stuff I used to make the cards. Factory work.

CAS-ual Fridays - Snowy Sayings (sentiment and snowflake stamps)
CAS-ual Fridays - Funky Flakes (dies)
Hero Arts - Snowflakes (stamps) Family and Friends (snowflake stamps)
Hero Arts - Joy Snowman (snowflake dies)
Lawn Fawn - Mini Snowflakes (dies)
Pretty Pink Posh - Sequins
Ranger - Diamond Stickles
Stampin' Up - red and gray card stock
Recollections - black card stock
Neenah - white card stock
Silhouette cut file (red scallops)
Hero Arts - Unicorn ink
Versafine - black onyx ink

  1. At least one of them has reached it's destination and I love it. The color combination is non-traditional, but very soft and pretty. Thank you.
