The high schoolers at Back Creek Church wrote "Any Hero" notes for me to send to Operation Write Home. These notes will go to deployed service members who do not receive mail or who may need encouragement. OWH places two or three of these notes in each box of handcrafted greeting cards sent overseas. OWH's mission is to send greeting cards for our service members to send home to their family and friends, and these "Any Hero" letters will be a special bonus!
The youth group took this task very seriously, and got busy writing. They wrote a little about themselves, and they wrote encouraging words to a hero.
They included Bible verses.
They wrote poems.
They helped each other.
They wrote funny stories.
They offered prayers.
They were thankful.
God bless our young people at Back Creek Church. They are a wonderful group.

Thanks for the inspiration- I am still hopping I had to work my store Saturday so have catching up-what a great way to start the day!
