Last Christmas, I decorated three Christmas trees in my house. This tree on the second floor was not supposed to be back here this year. When I took it down last January, I packed it and all the lights and ornaments in boxes and lugged it all down to the basement rather than putting it in the attic. Needless to say, I lugged it all back up two flights of stairs, and I decorated it today.
This tree has all the fun ornaments on it. Some of them were gifts from friends. Lots of them were gifts from students. I bought some of them in Germany in 1990 and 1991. There are a lot of "bear" ornaments too. It's an eclectic tree and easy to decorate.
I hope I can find a place downstairs for this tree next year. Of the three I usually decorate, this is my favorite. Due to construction disorder on the first floor, this will probably be the only tree I do this year.
Oh my word, THREE trees to decorate? I can't even imagine! We have 1 tree and it's such a hassle getting the hubby to get out of the attic & set up so I can do all the decorating. After that, it's holiday "items" strategically placed throughout the rest of the house and DONE!
