Last Wednesday's midweek challenge on the Stars and Stamps Blog was to "create a card using two patterned papers and a button." When I made this card Friday night at the crop, my purpose was only to get some "thinking of you" cards done for OWH. Someone said, "Put a button on that card, and you've done the challenge." So I did. Thank you, Amy, for having just the right button for my card!
Bazzill card stock and button;
Basic Grey Sultry collection patterned paper;
EK Success border and large flower punches;
Stampin' Up! small flower punch
Great card! Love the props beside the card.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful card Dixie, I love the papers you used combined with the paper pieced flower. The button was the perfect touch!
ReplyDeleteVery nice card. I love the papers that you used, too.
ReplyDeleteIt's perfect! That little button just pulled the whole card together so nicely!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful card!
ReplyDeleteSo pretty! Old Olive is one of my favorite colors, too!

ReplyDeleteI love this card! Since I donated to it I'm stealing the design! (I have some pattern paper that would work for this!) I'll show you some love on my blog when I post it. (I know, I know, I need to update it anyway!)
